Before making your appointment, please visit our covid-19 info page first and make note of the below!

  • Reservations:   Credit cards are required to hold reservations. We recommend booking in advance due to limited capacity.  Guests must arrive 5 minutes before their appointment


  • Tipping: We will be accepting both credit/debit card and Venmo for gratuity.  We are currently not accepting cash tips


  • Late Policy:   If you are running late, please give us a call. We try to accommodate late arrivals, but we reserve the right to shorten services in order to stay on schedule. Guests more than ten minutes late may need to be rescheduled or will be subject to our cancellation policy


  • Cancellation Policy:  We request at least 12 hours notice for any service cancellations.  We will charge a $15 fee for each service cancelled within 12 hours of the scheduled appointment

  • Contactless Payments: We encourage services to be paid in advance by calling the salon ahead of time or charging the card used to hold the reservation. We are not accepting cash payments but are offering contactless payments (e.g., Apple Pay)
